Welcome to M&L Painting LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the company”).
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website [www.mlpainting-llc.com] (the “Site”) and the services we provide. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Services

M&L Painting LLC provides professional residential, commercial, and industrial painting services in the State of Virginia, including:

  • Interior and exterior painting

  • Surface preparation

  • Minor repairs and decorative finishes

  • Coatings and maintenance

  • Kitchen and bathroom remodeling

We reserve the right to modify or update service descriptions and availability at any time without prior notice.

2. Estimates and Contracts

  • All estimates are free of charge and valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • An estimate does not constitute a binding contract until it is accepted by the client and confirmed in writing by M&L Painting LLC.

  • If the project scope changes during the job, a revised estimate will be issued and approved by both parties before continuing.

3. Payments

  • A deposit is required before the project begins, as specified in the service agreement.

  • The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and client approval.

  • We accept cash, checks, and bank transfers (processing fees may apply).

  • Late payments may be subject to interest or administrative charges in accordance with Virginia law.

4. Service Warranty

  • M&L Painting LLC guarantees the workmanship of all projects for a period of one (1) year from the completion date.

  • This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by moisture, leaks, impact, poor maintenance, or misuse.

  • Normal wear and tear of paint over time.

  • Modifications or repairs performed by third parties after the service.

  • If a problem covered under warranty arises, M&L Painting LLC will repair or repaint the affected areas at no additional cost.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made after this period may incur charges for reserved materials or labor time.

  • M&L Painting LLC reserves the right to reschedule a project due to weather conditions, material shortages, emergencies, or other force majeure events, notifying the client as soon as possible.

6. Liability

  • M&L Painting LLC performs all work professionally and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
    However, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages, loss of income, or consequential damages arising from the service.

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, material availability, etc.).

  • Clients are responsible for protecting their belongings, furniture, and personal items before work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including logos, text, photographs, videos, promotional materials, and graphic design — is the property of M&L Painting LLC or used under license.
    Copying, distributing, or reproducing any content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • M&L Painting LLC respects the privacy of its clients.
    Any personal information collected (such as name, address, phone number, or email) is used solely for service delivery and internal administrative purposes.
    We do not share personal data with third parties, except when necessary to comply with legal or contractual obligations.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, United States.
